This medium viscosity adhesive cures to handling strength in 20 minutes in order to provide a flexible bond on materials such as metals, ceramics, woods and many plastics. Strong and Flexible Bonds 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 110 is a versatile, 1:1 mix ratio, two-part epoxy adhesive designed to cure quickly to provide a flexible bond. It works on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics and glass, wood, and many plastics. Dispenses with minimal dripping, running and for controlled, accurate dispensing. This adhesive features high shear strength and good peel performance that, when combined with good flexibility, makes it ideal for applications involving dissimilar surfaces, including those in the transportation, specialty vehicle, electrical, general industrial, sporting goods, construction, and consumer goods industries. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours at room temperature.

It’s made with a 10:1 mix ratio and has an impressive 3 minute work life. It can bond many low surface energy plastics, including many grades of Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE’s).
